Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
If the order has not shipped but 24 hours have passed, partial refunds may be issued after deducting a 15% cancellation fee.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Custom-made or special-order garments are non-returnable.
