Each dress is made to order after your purchase, allowing us to create it specifically for you instead of shipping from pre-made inventory.
Standard-size made-to-order dresses (US 2–16) are eligible for a one-time size exchange if the original size doesn't fit. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original dress and sending the replacement.
Custom-size and personalized dresses are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.
If your dress arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can assist you.
